Red Square Lounge at Soccerex

Eventica was commissioned by the Russia 2018 FIFA World Cup™ Bid to produce and operate its participation in the international Soccerex Global Convention, which took place in Rio de Janeiro in November 2010. Coming at a crucial time for the Russia 2018 BID – just one month before FIFA announced the host country – it was important for Eventica to make a fantastic impact at this final chance to present the bid to the football power elite.

The result was the Red Square Lounge which became the social and networking hub of the Soccerex event – the most popular location for all event delegates to meet, network and enjoy Russian hospitality. Eventica complemented its design of the space with a range of eye-catching branded promotional gifts and giveaways, including beach towels, beach bags and flip flops, meaning that the Russia 2018 brand not only made an impact in the Soccerex venue, but also in the streets and on the iconic beaches of Rio.
