Eventica appointed as international agency for Moscow Open Innovations Forum
Eventica has been appointed as Official Agency for ‘Open Innovations 2013′ – the Moscow International Forum for Innovative Development. This major international forum and expo will take place in Moscow’s Crocus Exhibition Centre between 29 October and 2 November 2013. In its inaugural year in 2012 the Forum attracted a global audience of more than 25,000 online and physical spectators, whilst the 22,000 m² exhibition displayed 1,000 cutting-edge developments from 16 different countries and was visited by more than 10,000 people. Eventica has been commissioned to coordinate international exhibition sales and to operate an international campaign for sponsorship and delegate sales.

Eventica runs official Russian pavilion in Davos
The House of Russia opened its doors to participants in the 2013 World Economic Forum in Davos on Wednesday 23 January 2013. With meeting and lounge facilities and a chock-a-block programme of talks and receptions, the specially designed temporary structure was to form the official base of the Russian Delegation and media team at the Davos Forum.

One of Eventica’s key networking events for the business community, the Bull & Bear Banquet, took place in the House of Russia – the Russian Olympic Committee’s VIP hospitality headquarters on London during the 2012 Olympic Games – on 10 August. A high-spirited evening of contact-making and business and investment related gossip was framed by a sumptuous dinner in the banqueting hall of the House of Russia, which overlooked Russia Park, the official Russian fanzone during the Olympics, and beyond to Kensington Palace. We were delighted that HE Alexander Yakovenko was able to attend the event, alongside prominent members of the business and finance community from the UK and Russia.
