Throughout the entire month of 2018 FIFA World Cup Russia™, Community Football became a VIP party and private event venue that attracted football legends, celebrities and all those who wanted to celebrate the World Cup in luxury and style. 

Shankai Sports had an exclusive use of Community's Terrace – an eye-catching self-contained event space which was fully branded for the event.

Community Football

In conjunction with one of Moscow’s most exciting new social hubs and art-spaces Community Moscow Eventica was excited to present a fresh concept venue for 2018 FIFA World Cup Russia™. The project was launched on 13 of June and throughout the 30 days of the World Cup, this central Moscow venue became Comunity Football – an exclusive location where the global elite – from the arts, business and sport, and all drawn to Moscow through their love of football – connected with each other. A media hotspot where guests rubbed shoulders with legends of the game, and most importantly found a place to party throughout the highs and lows of this most passionate of sporting spectacles.

to entertain World Expo stakeholders and to create a memorable impression of Ekaterinburg’s bid.

From initial conceptulaisation through to production, Eventica was responsible for all aspects of the event: from design and decor solutions to security and theatrical performances on the night. The dinner was held in the heart of Paris – in the Pavillon Gabriel on the Champs Elysees.

Eventica supports Fox Sports 100-Days To Go party by Elena Tereshkova

FOX Sports, the official US broadcaster of the 2018 FIFA World Cup™, has issued a very special video to mark the official countdown to Russia 2018. The clip features a specially-commissioned piece of music created by Russian neoclassical pianist and composer Krill Richter, and recorded in Moscow with the support of Eventica.

We provided 360 degree project management for the shoot, including venue negotiation, permits and licensing, local staff recruitment and coordination with an exceptionally talented team of musicians. The result? “Where Angels Fear to Tread”, FOX Sports’ official theme music for their World Cup coverage, comprises of bold, complex and emotionally-charged passages using a 23-piece orchestra, featuring strings, trumpets, cornets and piano.

“Today, we celebrate another milestone in our journey to Russia,” said David Neal, Executive Producer of FIFA World Cup™ on FOX and Vice President of Production for FOX Sports. “We are delighted to kick off the celebration by unveiling Kirill’s extraordinary FOX Sports World Cup theme music, rolling out the digital and social campaigns and implementing company-wide initiatives, helping to build momentum before the tournament begins on June 14.”

Eventica celebrates New Year with ‘Ruslan and Lyudmila’ on ice by Elena Tereshkova

This unprecedented musical on ice took place in Moscow’s ‘Megasport’ Sport Palace from 23 December 2017 until 7 January 2018, in front of sell-out audiences totalling more than 150,000 spectators. In a ground-breaking new representation of the celebrated tale by Russia’s greatest writer and poet, Alexander Pushkin, visitors enjoyed incredible performances and an exciting ice-dance extravaganza courtesy of some of the world's finest figure skaters.

With the newest stage technologies and 3D effects, amazing music, created especially for the show, colourful scenography and large-scale video installations, Ruslan and Lyudmila astonished even the most sophisticated audiences and created a modern twist to a classic tale in a uniquely festive Christmas atmosphere.

Eventica was responsible for the concept, branding, marketing and PR strategy, VIP management and the overall coordination of the project. The media outreach of the show’s advertising campaign covered an audience of more than 120 million, generating thousands of individual news reports and features.
