On 3rd of September in Moscow, Eventica turned the clocks back to 1960s Italy for a unique event to celebrate the opening of Fabi’s flagship boutique in Moscow. The doors of 6 Tverskaya Street opened for a celebration of fashion, family tradition and Italian heritage – reflecting the 50 year history of Fabi Shoes. The in-store reception was produced and operated by Eventica – from the original creative concept to the smallest decorative detail on the night.
The client, Fabi, is a leading footwear brand, founded in 1965 in Montegranaro, Italy, by two brothers Elisio and Enrico Fabi. Through the years Fabi family has expanded and so has the brand – which nowadays represents the quality and class of ‘haute couture’ Italian footwear all around the world.
The origins of Eventica’s creative concept for the event lie at the beginnings of the Fabi story, when the first Fabi shoe was created – the 1960s, a time when Italian fashion and style was – as it still is – the envy of the world. Federico Fellini’s 1960 movie ‘La Dolce Vita’ depicted beautiful people leading beautiful lives – and Eventica’s concept ‘La Fabi Vita’, took this iconic movie as inspiration for an evening of 1960s Italian elegance.
The La Fabi Vita theme was reflected in all elements of the reception. Guests enjoyed some skilfully mixed classic Italian tunes with contemporary music by DJ Vitaliy Kozak, were able to view a stunning exhibition of 15 large-scale Italian movie posters and take part in a live in-store photo shoot with some fabulous Fabi accessories. Moreover, the exquisite Italian-inspired menu left the guests wanting to live La Fabi Vita forever!
