The House of Russia opened its doors to participants of the World Economic Forum 2013 in Davos again.

With meeting and lounge facilities and a chock-a-block programme of talks and receptions, the specially designed temporary structure was to form the official base of the Russian Delegation and media team at the Davos Forum.

The programme of events successfully combined serious discussion with serious Russian hospitality.

It started in quite some style on Wednesday evening when Prime Minister Dmitry Medvedev was guest of honour at a private reception hosted by Oleg Deripaska’s En+ Group.

Delegates were then treated to a performance by Russia’s great violinist, Dmitry Kogan, before other Forum participants gathered at an exclusive party thrown by the state-run $10 billion Russian Direct Investment Fund (RDIF).
