2nd Annual Russian Rhapsody

In 2003, Russian Rhapsody was held in the magnificent Guildhall, highlighted by a 50th birthday celebration for Yuri Bashmet, and a unique line-up of musicians that included stunning performances from violinist Victor Tretiakov, countertenor Vyatcheslav Kagan Paley and percussionist Andrey Doynikov.
Russian Rhapsody 2003 also provided a unique showcase for young British talent, with well-received performances from the 15-year-old violinist Chloe and 13-year-old Julian Bliss on the clarinet. Guests also enjoyed an exclusive preview of the latest collection by renowned Russian fashion designer Helen Yarmak.
