Event Design and Production
In addition to our own events, we also provide an array of different support services to other companies. Our in-house creative design team has a wealth of experience, ready to create a unique environment for any event, large or small, and from start to finish.
We can transform any space to fit the vision and mood for any event. And we can do as much or as little as you require – from the development of an initial concept right up to full management, production and administrative support.
We love a creative challenge, but we are also happy to take on all the more basic logistics as well, to ensure that any event - whether it be a conference, corporate function or cultural gathering – creates the right ‘buzz’ and goes off without a hitch.
Examples of some of our more spectacular events include the lavish Love Ball (with its Ice Palace), on Valentine’s Day in 2008, organised by Eventica to support Natalia Vodianova’s Naked Heart Foundation, and vast public occasions, such as the Russian Winter Festival on Trafalgar Square.
