• Accreditation is subject to organiser's discretion. This form must be completed no later than 16th April 2008. The organisers will contact you no later than 18th April by sending written confirmation of successful accreditation. 
• Transferral of accreditation from one individual to another is strictly prohibited. Such transferral will make the accreditation null and void.
• Accredited journalists should bring confirmation letter to registration desk at the Global Investment and Finance Forum.
• Please bring with you your NUJ/Press accreditation documents with photograph. Failure to do may result in non-admittance.
• You are kindly requested to send the organisers two copies of the material as it appears in publication after the event.
