Creating a dynamic look for Russia’s
FIFA World Cup™ Bid

Eventica’s Design and Production team are proud to be working with the Russia 2018/2022 World Cup Bid Committee on a series of international events in the run-up to the announcement of the host nations for the 2018 and 2022 World Cups in December 2010. Our first project was the design, production and project management of the Bid’s stand and branded ‘network café’ at the ‘Russia – Country of Sport’ Forum in Moscow on 29 July – 1 August 2010.  

NEON lights up Moscow

NEON MoscowNEON Moscow, a dazzling charity gala hosted by Naomi Campbell and Dasha Zhukova in Moscow on 24 May 2010, brought glamour, style and fun to the Russian capital in equal measure. Eventica was appointed to design, project manage and produce NEON Moscow from start to finish, coordinating everything from logistics and staging to guest management and media relations.
 

Kerzner International VIP Reception

Kerzner_MoscowWith the spectacular panorama of the illuminated city centre and the Kremlin as a backdrop, Eventica created a magical venue with amazing flower compositions, floating orchids, glowing sea-shells and enormous water installations, uniting the core elements of both the One&Only and Atlantis brands.
 

Emirates Palace – Russian Rhapsody

rr_abu_dhabi1In 2008, and for the first time, Eventica decided to host Russian Rhapsody – the extraordinary evening of charity, music and fine dining – in the open air. On 9 November 2008, this spectacular social event visited the Emirates Palace Hotel in Abu Dhabi where the stunning outside terrace was transformed into a celebration of Russian Art inspired by oriental legends and ornaments.
 

Special Evening Event at Somerset House

Somerset_HouseEntering Somerset House from the Strand, guests made their way past event sponsor Audi’s A8 car display to the specially-designed marquee, where they sipped Champagne from mini Moet & Chandon bottles and tried out an exotic range of Hennessy cocktails and Sputnik vodka, whilst listening to some Moscow sounds from the live bands that had come over from Russia specially to perform at this exclusive private event.
 

Old Billingsgate – Launch Party and Gala Dinner

Over the course of two nights, Old Billingsgate Market in London was the venue for two very different, but equally stunning, party events – Moscow Motion and Russian Rhapsody. For the former, the venue was turned into a stunning Alice in Wonderland-style garden party and decadent Moscow nightclub – then, for the latter, it was stripped bare and recreated as a star-studded gala dinner and classical concert one day later. The project presented an irresistible challenge: to set about creating two of the most audacious party nights of the year.
 

The Love Ball

The Love Ball was a Gala dinner fundraisor in support of Natalia Vodianova’s Naked Heart Foundation. More than 400 high net worth individuals and celebrities from all around the world attended this event.
